ABOUT VERETTA
I thought advice from a coach would help me be a more productive and effective leader. It did but more importantly, we spent time looking beyond my current role. Some of my actions weren't aligned with my long term goals. I hadn't spent time in years really thinking about how all the pieces fit.
Veretta brings extensive experience as a human resources leader in learning & development, organization development, diversity and inclusion and employee relations. As a director and vice president in human resources leadership roles in large, complex health care organizations and in state government, she served as an HR administrator and as an advisor, internal consultant and coach to leaders at every level to assist in leadership and career development, change management, diversity and inclusion, performance management and improvement, competency model development and employee engagement.
Veretta has a B.A. in Sociology from Fisk University and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Chicago. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Hogan Personality Assessments and has completed the Linkage Inc. coaching certification program.
